After 15 business days, Buyer will be required to submit any refund request directly to the state for which the original sales tax was collected and remitted by NMC. Buyer's Premium.

NMC in its sole discretion may impose a Buyer's premium ('Buyer's Premium') on any Goods sold. The Buyer's Premium is a percentage that is added to the final purchase price (hammer price or closing price) of any item.
